With a solid academic foundation in management, entrepreneurship, and innovation, Roland’s expertise lies in bridging innovative strategies with real-world applications, ensuring meaningful impact across industries

Joy Alasia holds an academic background in International Trade and Peace and Conflict Studies and brings over 15 years of experience in research and non-profit management. With expertise in risk and resilience, ESG, and private sector development. Joy serves as the chair of the board of trustees. leading funding, steering committees, networks and partnerships at the Terracotta Hub. 

Femi Makinde has a strong background in Business Management, Sales, and Digital Marketing, with professional expertise in Client Relations, Communication, and Customer Experience. He serves as a board member, dedicated to leveraging his skills to provide strategic advisory for Terracotta Hub.

Chukwu Ambrose has an academic background in Geoeconomics, Peace and Conflict, and Security Studies, combined with over 20 years of experience in operational security, automation, and robotics. He serves as a board member, providing strategic advisory for Terracotta Hub operations and projects.

Emo Eugene, an academic in Peace and Conflict Studies with expertise in branding and marketing, is a multifaceted talent as an actor, DJ, innovator, and entrepreneur in fashion, music, and urban culture.
